Position: Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Utilize the nursing process, including assessment and evaluation
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia team, and OR staff
- Support patient flow, continuity of care, and unit efficiency
- Participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a resource
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of perioperative experience
- Current Nevada RN license
- Valid BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
