Seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a travel assignment.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering respiratory interventions and support for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Assisting in developing and adjusting treatment plans under medical guidance.
- Performing diagnostics, administering treatments, and monitoring equipment.
- Educating patients and families on respiratory therapies and device usage.
- Recording patient progress and ensuring equipment functions correctly.
Qualifications and skills required:
- One year of recent CRT experience.
- Certification from NBRC and valid state license.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism.
