We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist responsible for patient evaluation, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting inpatient rehabilitation and acute care units.
Key duties include: assessing patients, utilizing electronic medical records (Epic preferred), and providing skilled therapy care, including gait training, pain assessment, and use of assistive devices.
Qualifications: BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid Oregon license or license eligibility, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, especially in acute care settings.
Skills required: proficiency in Epic charting, acute care techniques, patient assessment, equipment handling, and body mechanics.
Additional responsibilities: participating in weekend rotations, floating within hospital units, and adhering to scheduling and RTO policies.
Certifications: BLS and specialty-relevant certifications as applicable.
Candidate requirements: current CNA license in hand, compliance with travel policies, and ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
