Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of professional nursing experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain infection prevention protocols and safe medication practices.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Support safe care transitions through effective handoffs and updates.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and healthcare team members.
Role details:
- Work 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts.
- Provide excellent patient care in a telemetry unit.
