Requirements include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a related setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide patient care support during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
- Ensure safe care transitions through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient activities.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong clinical skills in ICU and stepdown care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to support patient education and care coordination.
