Role: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac patient care in a telemetry unit.
Key Duties:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with cardiac procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Assess, document, and respond to patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- One year of recent telemetry nursing experience.
- Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Physical and sensory abilities to perform clinical duties and assist with procedures.
Additional Requirements: Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, PC skills, and adaptability to dynamic clinical environments.
