Role: Experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing assignment.
Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit, ensuring patient safety, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and responding to patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care and maintain compliance with clinical protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, relevant experience in progressive care or stepdown units, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, monitor patient progress, document accurately, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Participate in team coordination and provide education to patients and families.
