Role: An experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse providing patient care in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and procedures.
- Administer medications and document accurately.
- Coordinate and provide patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and ensure adequate supplies.
- Transport patients as needed and perform other assigned duties.
- Share on-call responsibilities with prompt response times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited school; certifications may be required.
- Physical ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and move patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Technical proficiency in operating equipment and assisting with procedures.
- Capable of managing multiple interactions and working independently or under supervision.
- Excellent visual and communication skills.
