We are seeking an Experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing position in a facility located in Las Cruces, NM.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide specialized care to ICU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
– Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions
– Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and clinical standards
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum of one year of recent ICU clinical experience
– Current ACLS and BLS certifications
– Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication
– Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
