Role: An experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse responsible for providing specialized patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in patient rooms.
- Transport patients and assist with procedures as needed.
- Share on-call duties with prompt response times.
- Perform other assigned duties to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; certifications may be required.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and cognitive skills.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision, with keen visual and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and assist with patient mobility.
