Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient assessment, monitoring, and care during 12-hour shifts.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures.
- Respond to clinical changes following established protocols.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Ensure safe care transitions through effective handoffs and updates.
