We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel role in Canton, Ohio.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
- Ensure safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
- Adhere to infection prevention standards and safe medication practices.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with telemetry and Med Surg patient populations.
