Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts.
- Perform focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
- Assess patient status and respond to changes per clinical protocols.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in medical records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with patient care documentation.
