Seeking a Travel Nurse – Med Surg to provide specialized medical-surgical care in Richmond, Virginia. The position involves coordinating comprehensive patient care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to uphold nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- Provide leadership and teamwork with ancillary staff and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg RN experience.
- Virginia nursing license and current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities.
- Reliable transportation for travel assignments.
- Preferred experience in travel healthcare.
Key Duties & Requirements:
- Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
- Complete all necessary compliance items within 5 days of offer acceptance, including background checks and drug screening.
- Possess necessary certifications based on specialty.
