Job Opportunity: RN – Med Surg in Bismarck, North Dakota, for a 13-week temporary contract at a healthcare facility.
Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Participates in patient and family teaching to promote understanding and engagement.
Provides leadership by collaborating effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards within the clinical setting.
Requires 2+ years of RN Med Surg experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Must hold a North Dakota license, current BLS certification, and have reliable transportation.
Work schedule: 36 hours/week with 13-hour shifts, starting August 18, 2025.
Compensation: $7,847 per month, with travel and housing covered, plus health insurance, 401(k) matching, and professional development.
