Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience

- Competence in supporting safe care transitions, documentation, and responding to patient status changes
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and document interventions accurately
- Manage patient care during 13-hour shifts, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols
- Communicate effectively during handoffs and updates
