Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse (RN) in a high-acuity Emergency Department, including Level I trauma care, stroke, and cardiac services. The RN provides direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient safety, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to a secure, quality-focused environment. The role involves managing emergency cases up to Level I trauma standards, adhering to BCEN certification standards, and supporting a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, and BLS through recognized organizations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning.
