Seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department to provide patient care, education, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing focused patient assessments and escalating concerns appropriately
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses
- Maintaining infection control and safe medication practices
- Providing education to patients and families regarding care plans and discharge needs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Duties:
- Work 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and medication safety standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
