Join as an In-House Travel RN, providing flexible 12-week assignments across various units including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB at multiple locations. This role involves full-time hours, assessing and planning patient care, coordinating interdisciplinary interactions, and delivering compassionate, safe, and high-quality nursing services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, addressing patient and family needs, implementing and evaluating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to resolve issues and improve outcomes. The position requires active participation in quality and safety initiatives, unit decision-making, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications include a valid PA or multistate nursing license, specialty-specific certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP, depending on the unit, and a graduate degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred).
