Join as an In-House Travel RN, providing full-time nursing care across multiple specialties including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB in various hospital locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses.
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics following policies.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, resolving issues, and participating in decision-making and quality initiatives.
- Ensuring safety, promoting patient satisfaction, and maintaining compassionate interactions.
Qualifications and skills:
- Valid PA or multistate nursing license.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP depending on specialty.
- Graduate of a specialty training program; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Ability to work at different hospitals within the health system, with a minimum 12-week commitment.
