We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a facility located in Charlevoix, Michigan. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing health status, developing care plans, administering treatments, and supervising staff such as LPNs and CNAs. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate residents and families, document care, and respond to emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications include:
- At least one year of recent experience in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS or CPR certification
Preferred qualifications: ACLS certification and additional certifications based on facility requirements.
