Role: Registered Nurse in ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within RN scope, ensuring safe, high-quality treatment.
- Lead and support patient and family education, guiding nursing staff activities in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, communicate changes to physicians, and respond promptly to clinical shifts.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Ensure positive patient outcomes and accountability for assigned patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid state RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills.
- Minimum of one year of critical care experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital.
