Position Overview:
The RN Clinical Management Specialist collaborates with Home Health and Hospice leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This hybrid role involves in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, with weekly travel to branches in Orlando, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Sebring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows, providing assistance as needed
- Support intake processes and admission decisions
- Facilitate virtual training for new, rehired, or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager when needed
- Mentor new Clinical Managers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and OASIS experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in home health, home care, or health facilities
- Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance
- Willingness to travel between regional offices
