Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role involves
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recent ER nursing experience (minimum one year)
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Key Duties:
- Rapid patient assessment and triage
- Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
- Administer medications and perform urgent care interventions
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
- Respond effectively to life-threatening situations
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
