Seeking a Compassionate RN for an Acute Care Transplant Medicine unit to deliver evidence-based bedside care for complex pre- and post-transplant patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer IV medications and manage therapies safely
- Provide telemetry monitoring and respond to clinical changes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to support optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families and promote understanding of care
- Support safe transitions of care across settings
- Follow and uphold strict infection-prevention practices
Qualifications & skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and bedside care skills for high-acuity patients
- Competence with IV medication administration and telemetry monitoring
- Excellent communication and patient/family education ability
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-first, evidence-based care
