Seeking a fluent ASL Therapist/Social Worker in Louisville to provide services to children, families, and adults, including telehealth options.
Responsibilities include conducting intakes, therapy sessions (individual, group, family), crisis intervention, and documentation such as assessments and reports.
Collaborate with schools, agencies, and families, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans aligned with Kentucky licensure laws.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social services, licensure (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT), and ASL proficiency. Experience with diverse client needs and community resources is preferred.
Requires reliable transportation, ability to handle varying caseloads, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Some regional travel is necessary.
