Therapist / Social Worker- Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Seeking a fluent ASL Therapist/Social Worker in Louisville to work with children, families, and adults, including the deaf and hard of hearing community.

Responsibilities include providing clinical services such as individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and expressive therapies, along with documentation and treatment planning.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in social services or related field with appropriate licensure.

Fluency in ASL and ability to pass proficiency exam.

Experience with diverse client needs and community resources.

Reliable transportation and good interpersonal skills.

Position involves in-person and telehealth services, regional travel, and collaboration with external agencies, including the Kentucky School for the Deaf. Offers continued training, competitive salary, and benefits.
