Seeking a fluent ASL Therapist/Social Worker with a Master’s in social services and appropriate licensure (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT) to serve children, families, and adults in Louisville and surrounding counties.
- Perform clinical services including intake, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and expressive therapies.
- Complete documentation such as assessments, case notes, court reports, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community agencies, and conduct case reviews to inform treatment.
- Attend meetings, contribute to program development, and provide consultations.
- Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment strategies in compliance with Kentucky licensure laws.
Qualifications include experience with diverse client needs, strong communication skills, ability to pass ASL proficiency exam, and reliable transportation.
