Seeking a passionate Therapist/Social Worker fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to serve children, families, and adults in the Louisville area, including surrounding counties.
Perform clinical services such as intake, individual, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, and expressive therapies. Maintain documentation including assessments, case notes, and reports. Collaborate with schools, agencies, and families to plan and review treatment. Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse issues. Participate in meetings and case conferences, providing expert input. Must pass ASL proficiency exam and have a Master’s degree with relevant licensure. Position involves in-person and telehealth services, some regional travel, and ongoing training. A licensed, independent practitioner with experience working with deaf and hard-of-hearing communities is preferred. Must exercise leadership, adhere to safety standards, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
