We are seeking a full-time LISW or LMHC Therapist – Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services in Southeastern Iowa.
Assist individuals across multiple counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers. Work under supervision to plan and deliver therapy, coordinate treatment programs, and supervise staff. Offer community education, consultation, and evaluation services as needed. Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education. Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, licensure or eligibility within two years, and preferred experience in mental health services. Responsibilities involve assessments, therapy, crisis support, staff training, and community engagement.
