The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.
Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and delivers high-quality clinical care for assigned clients. Leads therapy groups weekly, utilizing experiential and evidence-based methods. Develops and coordinates personalized treatment and aftercare plans, ensuring compliance and continuity of care. Maintains accurate clinical documentation and promotes recovery-oriented interventions. Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and supports team development. Acts on-call as needed, upholds confidentiality, and embodies core values of professionalism and compassion. Reports to the Clinical Director, with responsibilities within a residential environment serving individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.), active licensure in Maine, and experience or credentialing in addiction treatment. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and organization are essential. The role offers a full-time salary starting at $90,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. On-call coverage is required.
