Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops treatment plans that meet licensing standards. Utilizes expertise in addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, maintaining thorough documentation. Collaborates with residents, families, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care. Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and upholds professional and ethical standards. Requires a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.) with experience in addiction treatment, licensure in Maine, and strong interpersonal skills.
