The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional mental health therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy.

Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school system collaborations.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains current practice knowledge.

Builds collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Upholds professional conduct, ethics, and organizational policies.

Participates in team meetings, maintains accurate records, and supports on-call duties.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, Maryland LMSW licensure, 3+ years healthcare experience, and the ability to relocate to Salisbury, MD.
