The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Works independently within an interdisciplinary team, conducting culturally sensitive assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy services.
Documents clinical data per standards, supports school system collaborations, and participates in team meetings and quality improvement activities.
Maintains current credentials, adheres to regulatory and organizational policies, and models professional conduct.
Requires a Master’s in social work, LMSW licensure (or LCSW-C), with 3+ years healthcare experience. Must be willing to relocate to Salisbury, MD.
