The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy within an interdisciplinary team.Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school system collaborations.Ensures compliance with standards, maintains credentials, and promotes operational excellence.Builds collaborative relationships with internal staff and external partners.Upholds professional conduct, organizational policies, and ethical standards.Participates in team meetings, manages caseloads, and maintains timely communication.Requires a Master’s in Social Work, Maryland LMSW licensure, and 3+ years healthcare experience.Position is full-time, based in Salisbury, MD, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and professional development.
