Therapist

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and personalized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops individualized treatment and aftercare plans ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Utilizes advanced clinical judgment, maintains documentation, and promotes recovery-focused, least-restrictive interventions.

Serves as a clinical resource, participates in supervision and professional development, and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team.

Provides on-call coverage, maintains licensure, and upholds professionalism with compassion and integrity.

Requirements: Master’s-level licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.), active in Maine, with addiction treatment experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills essential.

Work Conditions: Residential environment with on-call duties, full-time salaried role starting at $95,000/year with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.
