The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy in a culturally sensitive manner. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains documentation, and supports school-related meetings. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains credentials, and upholds ethical conduct. Participates in team activities, improves care through peer review, and manages caseloads effectively. Requires a Master’s in Social Work, Maryland licensure as LMSW, with 3+ years healthcare experience.
