The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers therapy in an interdisciplinary team setting.
Documents services per regulatory standards and supports school systems with evaluations and meetings.
Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies, maintaining current credentials and best practices.
Builds collaborative relationships with internal staff and external resources.
Upholds professional conduct, ethical standards, and organizational values.
Participates in team meetings, maintains accurate records, and contributes to continuous improvement.
Requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland LMSW license, 3+ years healthcare experience, and relocation to Salisbury, MD.
