Temporary Urgent Care FNP / PA – 13-Week Assignment – Biscoe, NC

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 13-week, full-time, on-site urgent care role in Biscoe, NC, with potential for permanent placement.

Provide autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and episodic conditions.

Perform urgent care procedures, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.

Work independently with support from established protocols, a dedicated support team, and clinical leadership.

Manage approximately 3–4 patients per hour in a fully equipped clinic with on-site diagnostics.

Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible scheduling and extra shifts available.

Compensation: $65–$75/hour plus productivity incentives.
