Role: Registered Nurse Tele PRN
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and care for patients with cardiac and acute medical conditions
- Interpret telemetry rhythms and administer medications accordingly
- Perform patient assessments and develop/update care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and acute care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Patient-centered approach with attention to detail
