PRN Telehealth RN provides high-quality remote nursing care to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring.
- Follow provider orders and manage care in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Document thoroughly in required EHR systems.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families and provide clear guidance for care and next steps.
- Identify changes in patient condition and escalate concerns using established processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure and strong clinical judgment.
- Experience delivering telehealth or remote patient care is preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and care workflows.
- Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize, triage effectively, and follow protocols with integrity.
