We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
- Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions and prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction).
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, telehealth practices, and industry standards.
Qualifications and skills:
- Active medical license in at least three states, with a preference for five or more, particularly in CA, FL, NC, PA, and TX.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours over four days.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided), and at least one DEA certification.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; assistance and costs covered.
