Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care in a flexible telemedicine setting. The role involves conducting patient assessments, delivering compassionate care, ordering and interpreting lab tests, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive treatment. Physicians will maintain medical documentation, stay informed on medical advancements, and utilize telehealth platforms effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional virtual patient assessments and treatment.
- Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships with compassionate care.
- Order and interpret lab tests for informed decision-making.
- Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for addiction treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and stay updated on medical practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states (license coverage assistance provided).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
- DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, scheduling at least one week in advance.
