Role: Licensed Therapist providing high-quality virtual mental health care to adults and adolescents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy through telehealth.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
- Document clinical notes and care details in an EHR.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Perform patient risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active licensure as a therapist eligible to provide mental health services.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and evidence-based therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinated, patient-centered care.
