Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor providing mental health care via telehealth with optional in-person sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and determine diagnosis and treatment needs.
- Create, implement, and update treatment plans based on client progress.
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy and evidence-based clinical interventions.
- Track and evaluate clinical outcomes and progress toward goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in an EHR.
- Ensure ethical practice and compliance with all applicable licensing standards.
Qualifications / Skills
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor credentials.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, and families.
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and clinical recordkeeping.
- Excellent ethical judgment, clinical communication, and client-centered care.
