Role: Surgical Technician
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and organize sterile fields
- Assist surgeons during various procedures
- Perform instrument setup and counts
- Handle specimens with care and adherence to protocols
- Maintain strict infection control standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff
