Certified Surgical Technologist to support safe, efficient surgical care in a fast-paced operating room.
- Prepare and set up operating rooms for procedures.
- Organize, maintain, and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies.
- Assist surgeons throughout a variety of surgical cases.
- Enforce strict aseptic technique and maintain sterile fields.
- Monitor surgical supplies and equipment during procedures to support uninterrupted care.
- Contribute to patient safety, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile processing, and OR protocols.
- Ability to remain calm and detail-focused in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to aseptic technique, patient safety, and teamwork.
