Provide operative support in the operating room under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Key Duties
- Assist surgeons during basic to complex surgical procedures.
- Prepare, organize, and convey sterile instruments and surgical supplies.
- Follow established safety policies and procedures to maintain a sterile, safe environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology or clinical-based program.
- Operating room or ambulatory surgery experience (at least six months).
- BLS certification required prior to direct patient care.
- Strong attention to sterility, safety, and procedural compliance.
