Surgical Technologist Specialist supporting complex surgical procedures in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key Duties
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure readiness for advanced procedures.
- Manage sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment to maintain sterility and accuracy.
- Anticipate surgeon needs and provide timely assistance during operations.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to support patient safety and efficient care.
- Ensure correct handling and organization of materials to reduce risk and support procedural flow.
