Key Duties
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field before and throughout surgery.
- Select, arrange, and pass instruments and surgical supplies accurately.
- Verify surgical equipment is functioning properly and report issues.
- Follow infection control protocols to protect patient safety.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary surgical team to support safe, efficient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing practices and surgical instrument handling.
